Falaj is Nawa's intelligent irrigation platform: soil, crop and weather sensors feed real-time data and AI recommendations, so each field gets the water and nutrients it needs. What is Falaj?
Falaj is Nawa Smart Solutions' intelligent irrigation platform. It combines IoT sensors, artificial intelligence, real-time monitoring and predictive analytics to recommend and run irrigation for each field.
Does it work with my existing drip irrigation?
In most farms the Falaj sensors and the RainGrow fertigation machine connect to the existing drip network. The Nawa engineer checks your network during the visit and confirms what is needed.
How much does a system cost?
The cost depends on the farm area, the crop and the equipment chosen. Nawa gives a price after the farm visit.
Who installs and supports the system?
Nawa Smart Solutions installs the systems and provides support and training in the UAE, in Arabic and English.
Which farms is it suitable for?
Open-field farms, greenhouses, palm farms and research farms in arid, water-scarce conditions.
What if the farm has weak internet?
The equipment supports 4G, LoRa and wired connections. The engineer chooses the right option for your site during the visit.
